Refund policy

FOLKUS offers a 14-day refund policy on most items.  Customers must request a refund or related remedy within 14 days of receiving their order.  To start the return process contact Customer Care at care@folkus.co. Please include the following information in your return claim:

2. Reason for Return
1. Item Damaged
2. Wrong Item
3. Other -- please specify
