Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.folkus.co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy (USA Only)
Shipment processing time
Orders containing in stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Products in the pre-order status are shipped in accordance with the estimated date of delivery. FOLKUS does not ship on holidays. Shipments may be delayed due to high order volume or unforeseen events. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Orders are shipped using the prevailing rates for UPS Ground or USPS first class with tracking. Delivery is within 1 to 7 business days on all domestic orders. Delivery estimates may exceed 1-7 days during holiday seasons.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
A shipment confirmation containing at tracking number is issued on all orders.
Damaged or Lost Orders
FOLKUS will replace or refund orders damaged in transit or lost. A claim must be filed to receive a replacement or refund. Claim submissions must contain the following information:
- order number,
- tracking number,
- photo of damage if applicable
- an acknowledgement by courier of missing/lost shipment (e.g.email)
